Although it is extremely natural, it is not as natural as the other chico blends, but it does contain the natural herbs that are good for you. I am a big fan of chia seeds too, but to be honest, I find them to be a bit of a pain to have in my body as a whole. Their texture is difficult to digest, and they are only in liquid form.
