So I am going to make the jam using the best egg in the world and its going to taste as good as you can imagine. So what we are going to do is we are going to cook the whole eggs to a perfect temperature. Then we are going to add a bit of butter, and we are going to add the butter to the whole eggs.

So you make all the eggs and then you only cook half of them. If your egg isnt cooked enough in the pan, the other half still will cook until its done.
