Boredom is a good thing, especially if you are trying to lose weight. When you are out and about, you can’t think about the day your body starts to feel better or better.
This is the thing about boredom. It is a time for you to relax, unwind, and just chill. Even when you are going through a rough day, you can find that you are just plain tired and you need a break from all the things you are doing.
I think about this a lot. I am a life coach and I work with clients to help them feel better. One of my clients is a man who is in his late 50s who is a recovering alcoholic. He goes to Alcoholics Anonymous and then has a series of alcohol binges where he constantly goes to AA meetings. This leads him to lose so much weight that he has to wear a belt that is big enough to hold his fat stomach.
But it’s not just alcohol and the man needs help. He needs help with his heart, his back, and his knees. And the binges are coming more and more frequently, so he needs help. He needs help finding a therapist, and I’m going to be honest with you. It’s time for you to go to your new health council.

A little over a week ago I made a couple of changes to my health council by adding a new section about heart-healthy eating. I decided to go check out some of the stuff they do. I know some people are struggling with their health council, but I have the biggest heart problem I have in my body, and they are all struggling with their health. They all have weight management and dieting and nutrition, but I’m getting a lot of help.

And it looks like they are getting help. We have a new health council on the site. I’m a bit nervous, because I’ve never been a member of one before, but I know I can count on one hand the number of times I’ve been on a site before. I’m hoping to get through my first meeting without being in the wrong mood, so I can see that there’s a lot of help available.
You’re right, health is a huge issue, and we are working hard to support people who are losing weight and getting healthier and healthier. As a side note, we’ve been doing a lot of good work with the health council so far, so we’re looking forward to the next meeting.

The Health Council has also been able to get lots of new members on board. There are plenty of people there who have lost weight and were healthier, but they are still missing key pieces of information to help them. They are often missing the connection between diet and exercise, and we as a group are working hard to get them up to speed.
