We’ve been cooking up a new diet that combines a lot of different foods and uses the concept of “bio-availability,” which is a term coined by a doctor to describe how well certain food is absorbed by the gastrointestinal tract. Instead of just serving the same stuff every day, we are also serving a lot of different things every day.
Bio-availability refers to a person’s ability to absorb certain foods naturally. This differs from the idea of bio-availability that’s the idea that a food gets absorbed into the body naturally, in that the food has to be ingested. So for us, that means we have a few new dishes that we’re serving to our guests that are going to be more bio-available. They are low in calories, high in fiber, and contain some vitamins and minerals.
No one is dying. That’s because bio-availability is so limited. It doesn’t mean that someone has died, it just means they have a very low level of health. So even though we have fewer people dying, we can still serve them some healthy foods.
The health of the body is the most important thing that we can do at this point, because that’s our main source of natural energy. So we have four major categories of nutrients: fat, protein, carbohydrates, and vitamins. So if we want to eat healthy, we have to have a few foods that are very healthy and have good nutrient values.
We can’t just get good food from the grocery stores because we don’t know what it is. We have to look up all kinds of health-related information on the internet. But don’t get too worried, because I know where you can get it.
