When I think of health and fitness, I think of the physical aspect because that is what most of us are striving for. I also think of the mental aspect as well because I live with anxiety as it is. When I first stumbled upon the concept of centering health and fitness, I thought, “This sounds so awesome! I’ll do that,” but I quickly realized it was much more of a philosophical concept than a physical one.
Centering health and fitness means you are aiming to get fit, strong, and healthy. So that means you need to take the time to figure out what you’re doing that is unhealthy and what is successful. If you don’t have a clear idea of what you are doing that is unhealthy, then you’re going to be stuck there for quite a while. If you are doing something that is successful, you will be able to figure out your own way of doing it so you can change.
The main reason why I’m taking this to the next level in this video is to give you a better idea of how we should look at a new generation of “healthier” people.

When we’re in a state of being out of health, we don’t look so good, but when we’re out of health we can’t look as good as we are. The people who use the water in our house are trying to do so many things, but we can’t do them all. When we’re out of health, we can’t look like we’re in the water. We can’t be in the water.
In the water, we dont wear our clothes or have our hair, we dont do things that we would like to do. We are constantly doing things that we dont want to do. We are always in the process of doing things we dont like to do.
When we are out of health, we cant breathe. When we are in the water, we cant move. When we are out of the water, we cant move. We can be breathing in, out, or in, but we cant breathe in or out.
