According to most people, it’s a good thing to eat the same things you eat. They may not be right, but in the end it’s just the way it is. If we are going to eat the same foods, at the same intervals, every day, we don’t need to be different. We just need to be the same.
This is true for meats and vegetables. You dont need to be at different times, at the same place, eating the same things. We all know that eggs just dont count as meat, because they are not meat. But the meat that comes from chickens is not the same as that from the same chicken, and the meat that comes from pork is not the same as that from the same pork. The only thing that is the same is the meat.
