I am so excited to begin the summer with a full size, natural animal food on my farm. The first year I grew my own corn the first thing I learned was that the animal food I grew was the best and most nutritious for my small animals. I have since learned that my small animals have a lot of nutritional benefits and are good for my health as well.
After having a little research, it seems that there are a lot of benefits that small animal food offers. The only thing that I have yet to find is a nutrient that is specific for small animals. My hope is that the next time I buy food from a store I will be able to purchase a product with this particular nutrient, because that’s a huge benefit and I could not be more excited to try it out on my animals.

This is where we, as humans, fail to realize how much our animal cousins are like us. We are often fooled into thinking that our pets, when they are small enough, are not going to out-eat us. This is completely false. Even with the best of intentions, we humans are not actually as smart as we think. We’re just as likely to eat an animal that is actually an animal, as we are to eat a dog.
People assume that we are so smart, we are capable of doing the impossible. We are not. We are not as smart as we think. We are more likely to eat a cat because we are afraid it is going to kill us. Were more likely to eat a dog because we are afraid it is going to kill us. So while we may be a bit more intelligent, we are less intelligent than we think, because we are more likely to eat the wrong kinds of food.
I don’t know about you, but I’m not that picky. I just like to have fun with my food.
As it turns out, the more “smart” we are the more likely we are to eat the wrong kind of food. According to an article in the Wall Street Journal, a study by Cornell University found that people who are high-average for intelligence are also more likely to eat a variety of snacks that are high in sugar.
This is just one of several studies that have shown that eating the wrong foods can lead to obesity and diabetes. So we can definitely be more intelligent than we think. We make choices to satisfy our cravings, and a good bit of these are based on the wrong things.
If you’re trying to get a good nights sleep and you’re eating a bunch of junk, what you’re really doing is getting your cravings out of control. And since junk food has been linked to obesity, diabetes, and heart disease, there’s no way to really know if a snack is healthy or not.
Thats why we have the NutriBullet, an electronic food scale that measures the calories in almost all foods. The NutriBullet is a little gadget that fits under your belt and takes the measurements on a standard-size piece of paper, then feeds it into a computer for verification of your numbers. With the NutriBullet, you can do the same thing with your food and know that your nutrition is on target.
