In Muskogee, the health department is the place people go for various services. It is located within the city proper, and is where the city’s health and other services are provided.

I’m glad we can be honest about why we visit our health department. Because, like a lot of cities around these parts, Muskogee is in a state of emergency. In a state of emergency, residents are allowed to carry small amounts of alcohol, and the government is encouraging residents to walk around with their windows open. It is also illegal to drive on the streets and highways.
