When you go to the doctor you want to be healthy. You want to be able to do your job, perform your tasks, and have a good life. And you want to be able to sleep well, have energy, and feel great.

There are a lot of things that go on behind the scenes in Ohio that affect the health of its citizens. For instance, the health of a person’s immune, endocrine, digestive, and respiratory systems is a big part of the state’s economy.

And it ranks in the top five in the nation for diabetes, heart disease, stroke, and obesity. The state has one of the highest rates of obesity, and it has one of the highest rates of heart disease.

We all take care of ourselves on a daily basis, but once in a while we have to take care of our bodies.
The main reason people get obese is that they have to eat a lot of food. That’s what makes eating unhealthy. But if you’re overweight, you have to eat less food because you’re already eating too much of it. So when you eat less food, you can actually get fat. But if you eat too much of it, you gain body fat. You have to eat more food because you’re already eating more of it. That’s not health, it’s that simple.
I don’t want to read about the health benefits of eating healthy while you’re at work, or the impact on your health. But I want to understand what your body and your health are.

Luckily, the CDC has a lot of people who have made the switch, and they’re trying to find some way to tackle it.
