I don’t know what is better. Being a Republican or being a Democrat? Both have their pluses and minuses. I’m not a big fan of either party, but this article gave me a very interesting comparison.
I will say that I am a big fan of both parties and both have their pluses and minuses. I just think its much easier to be a Republican than a Democrat, because there are so many people out there that want to see the country continue on in the same direction.
But I personally think that it’s just easier to be a Republican.
Like we said in the beginning, Republicans are the ones that like to play the “I’m not like them” game. The GOP loves to talk about their “values” and their “issues.” They love to talk about how they’re “conservative” and the “right” and how they’re “pro-life.” But as we all know, these terms don’t actually mean much to them. They’re just an excuse to be right about something.
The problem is that Republicans are so focused on their own values and such that they never see the other side. They are so focused on their values that they don’t even realize that they are the problem, the ones who are doing the playing the the Im like them game. The GOP loves the Im like them game because they know that their values are the only thing that will get them elected to office.
GOP presidential hopeful John McCain’s campaign has also been accused of failing to grasp the truth about the GOP’s values. In a recent speech, McCain was asked why he refused to acknowledge that the GOP’s values are not what the GOP stands for. McCain replied, “We are the party of limited government and I happen to believe that that is what it is all about.” In fact, he says all about it.
He went on to say, “I think it’s really important for us to stand up and be clear and that is our focus on the issues that are important to our party.” So to the Republicans, the GOP is the party of limited government and limited government is about limited government. That is what they stand for. To the Democrats, the Democrats are the party of limited government and limited government is about limited government. That’s what they stand for.
I guess its about time you had a party that stands for something other than just about everything you dislike.
The Republican Party is the party of limited government and limited government is about limited government. That is what they stand for. It’s a party that believes in more government, that believes that government should be more of a facilitator, but never be the only facilitator. So you have the Tea Party, which is the Republican Tea Party. The conservative movement. The Freedom Caucus, the Freedom Caucus is the Freedom Caucus.
It’s funny because I’ve been part of the conservative movement for many years, but I also have seen the Freedom Caucus at its most militant and extreme. But you only know that because you have not seen the Freedom Caucus at its most militant and extreme.
