The RiverSide Business Centre is the first of a series of business centres which will be built along the riverfront. The development will offer a range of business spaces, including shared business spaces, retail, restaurants, and leisure facilities.
The RiverSide Business Centre will be part of the Riverfront development which is being built along the riverfront in the City of Birmingham and will form part of the Riverfront regeneration area. The development will be built on to the existing Riverside Square, which is a former riverside shopping centre, and is being developed by Riverfront Developments. Riverfront Developments is a joint venture between Trowbridge-based Trowbridge Homes and the City of Birmingham.
The Riverfront Business Centre will be the first of many in the Riverfront development. The Riverfront Business Centre will also include the Riverbank retail park and the Riverside Shopping Centre.
The Riverbank retail park will include the Riverbank, which is a small shopping area in the middle of the river. It will include two high street stores, a coffee shop, and a few small restaurants.
