We are the animals who have two feet. That is, if we have two feet. We can walk, but no one expects us to be able to run.
The fact of the matter is that in other animals, we can’t walk, but we can run. This is because that’s what nature intended for us to do. Humans are no different, and we can jump, swim, and run.
Humans use three legs to walk. This is because our ancestors in Africa evolved from apes which had two legs. The fact that we can walk is because we became adapted to the walk.
This is why people don’t think we can run. We have to be adapted to the walk, not become adapted to the run. We are born with two legs, but we can adapt to having three. Humans have always adapted to walking on two legs.
We have evolved to the point that we are able to walk on two legs. We can adapt to walking on three legs but this doesn’t mean that we can’t run. We can adapt to running on two legs, but again, we have to be adapted to the walk. It’s a natural human-like thing to adapt to and it doesn’t mean that we can’t walk on three legs.
You can adapt to walking for short distances, but if you are not adapted to walking for long distances then you get in trouble. We have so many walking games out there now and I have to tell you, I have not downloaded these because I cant afford the time to play these.
The game allows you to walk, but you have to adapt yourself to the two-foot walk. This is a simple analogy to explain. Imagine you are walking and you are very close to the end of your walk but you still feel like you have a lot of distance to go because you have to walk another 20 steps to the end of your walk. That’s called a “long distance” walk. But you are close, you are starting to feel your legs starting to hurt.
The longer you walk the more you lose muscle mass and you will be tired very quickly. If you are trying to make progress towards the end of your long distance walk you also have to find a way to conserve energy. You can use stairs, but they can’t provide a long distance walk. Stairs can only take you to the end of your long distance walk.
The best way to conserve energy is to walk for a few minutes every day and see how you feel. You are making progress. It’s also a good idea to take a hot shower between each long distance walk to help you reduce the stress of walking.
I guess the answer to this question is that no one can walk perfectly. But that’s not really an answer. The best way to conserve energy and to walk slowly is to just walk slowly.
