if you are in the habit of only cooking your meals using a ventless stove, you may have noticed that steam comes out of your stove when you use the stovetop vents. Sometimes, these vents are left open for hours, and it is the steam that is the main reason why you don’t have to turn the knob to open them in time.
This is not unlike the situation that steam comes out of the vents when you use a ventless stove. Sometimes, the steam simply sits there until someone else opens up the vents. Usually, though, it is the steam that causes you to turn the knob to open the vents the wrong way and burn your food.
Steam is a natural and harmless byproduct of heating (and cooling in some cases). It is nothing more than a byproduct of the process of heating and cooling. We don’t give you steam in our kitchen just because it is a byproduct of your stove. We just use a ventless stove because it is the most efficient way to heat your home.
